Pittsburgh Opera will offer an Audio Commentary service for customers with visual impairments during our March 5th Art Song Recital.
Through Assistive Listening Devices, patrons can hear the translations read simultaneously with the music, as well as descriptions of the visual aspects of the recital.
Pittsburgh Opera's Resident Artists explore the vast art song repertoire on selected Sundays during the season. Recital performers and the program will be announced soon. FRIENDS of Pittsburgh Opera are your hosts at the recitals.
Art Song Recitals take place in the George R. White Studio at Pittsburgh Opera Headquarters, 2425 Liberty Avenue in the Strip. Admission is $5; free to members of FRIENDS of Pittsburgh Opera and donors at $50+.
Please note that the Pittsburgh Opera garage is available only for handicapped parking, by reservation. RESERVATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4:00 PM FRIDAY, March 3rd. Reserve a handicapped parking spot for the March Art Song Recital.
