Billy Dee Williams stars as Bingo, the magnetic pitcher of a Negro League baseball team in the 1930s, an era of racial segregation. Tired of the conditions and treatment by his team owner, Bingo takes to the road with a bunch of fellow players he’s stolen away from their teams.
