Come meet Pittsburgh Opera's 2016-17 Resident Artists in this free concert.

Hear them up close and personal in the intimate George R. White Studio at Pittsburgh Opera headquarters, 2425 Liberty Avenue in the Strip District.
The Resident Artists will be introducing themselves through an audition format with one of their favorite arias, followed by an aria chosen by General Director Christopher Hahn, Music Director Antony Walker, and Director of Artistic Operations Bill Powers. Then, the audience gets to vote on which Resident Artist is brought back out for the final aria. Mingle with the artists afterwards.

The event is free, but due to high demand and limited seating capacity, reservations are recommended. Reserve seats online via this form by 4:00 PM Friday, September 16th, or call 412-281-0912, ext. 215. Doors open at 5:00 PM. At approximately 5:30 PM, all unclaimed reservations will be released, and we will admit as many waiting list reservations as possible. The program begins at 6:00 PM.
Pittsburgh Opera is able to present our Rising Stars concert free to the public thanks to the generosity of the Allegheny Regional Assets District. The Rising Stars concert is a RADical Days event.
Please note that the Pittsburgh Opera garage is available only for handicapped parking, by reservation. PARKING RESERVATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4:00 PM FRIDAY, September 16. Reserve a handicapped parking spot for Rising Stars.
