Pittsburgh Opera's Resident Artists let their hair down and sashay onto the stage for this free-wheeling, sometimes naughty revue. Enjoy selections from Broadway musicals, novelty songs, and more! Free and open to the public, these one-hour concerts feature our Resident Artists and our arts partners on the second Saturday of each month, September - April. March's Brown Bag features family-friendly activities and selections - and maybe just a little bit of CarmenEnjoy complimentary cookies and 21st Street Coffee, and sign up for a chance to win fabulous prizes. Bring your lunch or order from Right By Nature Natural Foods Market, our Local and Sustainable Food and Beverage sponsor. Gourmet lunches start at $9 for adults and $5 for children. TRAFFIC ALERT: Because of the St. Patrick's Day Parade, there will be street closures, parking restrictions and bus detours. Please allow plenty of travel time.

On Saturday, March 13, beginning at 8:00 AM and ending at 1:00 PM, parade organizers and Public Safety will close Liberty Ave., inbound and outbound, from the Greyhound Bus Station at 11th St. to the intersection with 27th St. Traffic inbound from the East toward Downtown may use Penn Ave. or Smallman St. Traffic outbound from Downtown may use Smallman St. Traffic coming down from Polish Hill will be able to enter Liberty Ave. at the bottom of the hill, then travel outbound on Liberty Ave., or inbound as described above. During these hours, vehicular access along Liberty Ave. will be limited to parade authorized vehicles only.
