Spooky Salon is Pittsburgh Opera's first Brown Bag Concert of the 2021-22 season.
Attracting approximately 200 people each month, these free, informal performances feature Pittsburgh Opera's Resident Artists. Beginning at 12:00 PM on selected Saturdays of each month, October 2021–May 2022, these one-hour performances are free and open to everyone. Guests are encouraged to bring their friends.
Spooky Salon promises to be a magical afternoon of music. Spooky Salon will feature haunting tunes such as the Witch's arias from Hansel & Gretel and Rusalka, the sinister Mephistopheles Serenade from Faust, plus some sneaky peeks from our upcoming production of The Magic Flute and other favorites, some of which are spookier than others.
